Active Week 2015

Active Week will start tomorrow, Monday 27th, for all classes. During this week children will engage in a variety of physical activities and sports to promote the importance of exercise. Junior Entrepeneur Project

Good luck to all in 5th class presenting their project in GMIT Castlebar. They have been working diligently on a children's recipe book. 

The Junior Entrepreneur Programme (JEP) is a 10 week entrepreneurial education programme for primary school pupils. The not-for-profit programme is led by Jerry Kennelly (founder & CEO of in association with academic partner, Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. Developed in Ireland, the programme is embedded in the principles of the Primary School Curriculum and utilizes an integrated teaching and project-based approach to teach many strands of the curriculum.
